MEDICAL COLLEGE

Sardar Rajas Medical College, Hospital & Research Centre has been recognized by Medical Council of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, New Delhi under the approval no. MCI-34(41)(E-1)/2013-Med/2580 dated 11-07-2013 and the Government of Odisha for conducting Under-graduate Medical Courses. Sardar Rajas Medical College, Hospital & Research Centre is a self-financing Medical Institution started with support of WODC, pledged to the service of the community, catering to the health care needs of the people in general, and especially to the needy and suffering section of humanity. The College is located at Jaring in Kalakandi district with Bhawanipatna. The College and Hospital complex has been raised in an area of 25 acres, ideally located with salubrious surroundings. It has many blocks of buildings, comfortable and well-furnished departments, laboratories, class rooms for students, separate quarters for staff and nurses. At present, the hospital has 300 in-patient beds with 4 major operation theaters.

Sardar Rajas Medical College, Hospital & Research Centre(SRMCH) is a tertiary care multi-speciality hospital. It is three storied building 4 Intensive care units.

HOW TO REACH SRMCH
• It is located 17 km from Bhawanipatna in NH201 it is just 4 hours drive from Raipur Airport and 6 hours drive from Vizag Airport. It is 30 km from Kessinga railway station in which all North and South bounding Train stop.
• A number of buses operate to SRMCH throughout the day from almost all the corners of the city
• Parking areas are available within the campus for any number of vehicles
