Mission serve humanity and clear visions rule the missions. The immaculate vision of a man foretells his destiny. If we probe it in depth, we will find that, we are here on earth to fulfill a mission within the shortest time of our own lives. In this regard, I always appreciate the golden words of the greatest visionary poet, Robert Frost, thus he said: " Miles to go before I sleep".

I started counting the milestone from the year 1984. When I realized the necessity for providing appropriate, ample and adequate quality education to the rural younger generation, Selvam Educational and Charitable Trust, Vadakkangulam was established. The motto of this Trust is to uplift the downtrodden rural society of our nation and to give proper education to the younger generation below poverty line and thus converting illiterate to literate as first step engineering colleges and then dental and nursing college, college of education, Arts and Science college was started stage by stage in the most backward locations in Tamil Nadu. To expand our noble deeds in other parts of our nation, a Medical College, Hospital and Research centre is also planned and the process is going on in the most under developed state of our nation-Odissa with the support and joint venture of WODC. With the blessing of almighty hope our noble and sincere efforts will be fulfilled in the near future.
